Our weekly offerings are counted by adult members of the parish We seek enough people to place them in rotating teams. Of course, confidentiality, honesty, and accuracy in counting and handling money is an important aspect of this ministry. You may be requested to have a Federal Criminal background check run before entering this ministry.
This is a consultative body composed of appointed parishioners who have an expertise in finance. The group is a volunteer organization and meets as designated. The group advises the pastor with regard to such items as annual budget, financial reporting to the parishioners, long-term planning, special projects, capital expenditures, and fun raising. For more information on one of our Stewardship programs, email us.
My Brothers and sisters in Christ,
We are a family in Jesus Christ, united by living and sharing our faith. The Diocesan Services Appeal offers us the opportunity to exhibit our faith and share it with others in our parishes, schools and communities, as we carry out our mission as a family of faith: To Love, Serve and Give, We Are Called.
Bishop Gerald M. Barbarito
Thanks to all our Parishioners who helped us to reach our goal for the 2017 D.S.A. Because of your generosity and support, the DSA is able to provide essential services in the Diocese of Palm Beach. Some of the ministries and programs supported by the D.S.A are Catholic Charities, Marriage and Family Life, Communicating the Gospel Of Christ, Catholic Education and Faith Formation, Vocation, and Seminary & Diaconate Formation, to name a few.
Please consider participating in our 2018 D.S.A. Our goal for this year is $165,000. Our current shortfall is $20,250.02. No matter how large or small the amount, your participation will help our Catholic Church build a better world, as Christ taught us.
Dear Parish Family, have you considered e-Giving (Online Giving)?
e-Giving is a convenient way of automatically giving your offertory or other contributions via online using your checking account, credit or debit card. The convenience of not having to worry about weekly envelopes or writing a check before you rush to attend Sunday morning Mass is absolutely valuable for many. e-Giving guarantees the delivery of your offering on a timely and a predetermined fashion designed by the parishioner, with minimal cost to the Parish. If you decide that this is a convenient way of making your offertories, please fill out our e-Giving form and drop it in the offertory basket in a sealed envelop next time you attend Mass or bring it to the Office.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Mr. Joseph George, Director of Finance at 561-483-2440 Ext 1418
